Why hasn't my order shipped?
Please allow 24-72 hours for processing on all orders. Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders will ship out same day If ordered before 4pm CST. Orders placed after 4pm CST will be shipped out the next business day. We primarily use USPS and most orders will arrive within 3 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped the tracking number will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout. Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation for your package has not updated In a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we do not offer shipping for International orders.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing It. After that, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as It could have already been processed or shipped. Order alterations after It Is places are currently unavailable. If you need to make changes to items in your order, you can cancel within 1 hour and place the order again.
